Nicolas Suberville
General Manager
From a young age Nicolas always preferred the gift of giving over receiving gifts. These beliefs still ring true to this day and are echoed through every interaction he has with guests and our team.
Nicolas was born in Mexico City, Mexico and raised in the Bay Area of California. He then moved to Switzerland to study business and international hospitality management at École Hôtelière de Lausanne. After graduating, he knew he wanted to pursue a future working in hotels. He moved to Miami to hone his skills through a managerial training program at Eden Roc Hotel and shortly after began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Nicolas moved to O'ahu, Hawai'i where he would spend the next two and half years working at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina. Here, he worked in In Room Dining, Stewarding and eventually became Assistant Manager for their restaurant. That's when he learned of the soon-to-open Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia and their partnership with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and knew that this is where he belonged.
In 2019 Nicolas opened JG SkyHigh at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia as Restaurant Manager. His dedication to his team is felt throughout the Hotel and quickly prompted his promotion to JG SkyHigh Assistant General Manager. In the Spring of 2022 Jean-Georges Philadelphia was preparing to reopen and Nicolas's passion for hospitality and dedication to curating memorable moments for our guests and team ensured his promotion to General Manager of Jean-Georges Philadelphia.
