Thanksgiving lunch begins with an amuse featuring glazed potatoes and tapioca with osetra caviar and herbs. Family-style appetizers include raw bay scallops, cranberry-ginger vinaigrette and fresh wasabi, a frisee and pear salad with goat cheese and pecan flurry, cups of butternut squash soup with mushroom and chives and parmesan risotto with white truffles. In classic fashion, the main course offers roasted turkey breast and confit leg, accompanied by traditional sides and fixings followed by an array of delicious desserts for guests to indulge in.
